Our take on the classic sunrise cocktail. A Jamaican Collins has been sipped by superstars, vagabonds, rockstars and even spies (James Bond was known to partake). The simple yet delicious serve is the ultimate take on the poolside party supper.
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Crossfire Hurricane Rum
- 20ml pomegranate syrup*/grenadine
- 50ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
GARNISH
- Orange wheel
METHOD
- Pour the grenadine into the base of a highball glass.
- Add crushed ice, then pour in all the ingredients.
- Garnish with an orange wheel.
