A 70s cocktail from the Aviary Bar in Kuala Lumpa, re-imagined with a touch of orange bitters. The jungle bird is a smooth sipper.
INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Crossfire Hurricane Rum
- 15ml Aperol
- 20ml Orange Juice
- 20ml 2:1 Simple syrup
- 45ml Pineapple juice
GARNISH
- Pineapple wedge and pineapple leaf.
METHOD
- Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Add cubed ice and shake for 10 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass. Garnish.
