BRAND NOTES

A 70s cocktail from the Aviary Bar in Kuala Lumpa, re-imagined with a touch of orange bitters. The jungle bird is a smooth sipper.

INGREDIENTS

  • 45ml Crossfire Hurricane Rum
  • 15ml Aperol
  • 20ml Orange Juice
  • 20ml 2:1 Simple syrup
  • 45ml Pineapple juice

GARNISH

  • Pineapple wedge and pineapple leaf.

METHOD

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add cubed ice and shake for 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass. Garnish.
