Ice: Crushed Ice

Method: Place mint leaves in the bottom and a collins glass and press gently with a bar spoon. Add Crossfire Hurricane Rum, simple syrup, and lime. Fill glass ¾ full with crushed ice and swizzle with a bar spoon. Top with beer and remaining space with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint bouquet.
