A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCE OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, LA, MA, NJ, NV, TX, AND WA, AGE 21 AND OVER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SWEEPSTAKES & SPONSOR: CROSSFIRE HURRICANE GIVEAWAY

The Crossfire Hurricane Last Call Tour Ticket Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Crossfire Hurricane Holdings L.P. (the “Sponsor”).  The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, each Entrant (as defined below) and each person who attempts to enter agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor regarding the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding. Winning a Prize Package (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The entry period for the Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday, April 22, 2024, and continues through Saturday, June 15, 2024 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”).

4. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to persons who as of the date of entry are a legal resident of Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Nevada, Texas, or Washington State, who are 21 years of age or older. Persons who as of the date of entry (and, if a winner, as of the date of prize fulfillment) are (i) an employee of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates or advertising or promotion agencies (collectively, including Sponsor, the “Sponsor Entities”); (ii) an employee of any alcohol beverage supplier, importer, wholesaler, distributor, or retailer; or (iii) a member of the immediate family or household (whether or not related) of any such employee covered by (i) or (ii), are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Eligibility determinations will be made by Sponsor in its discretion and will be final and binding.

5. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase or visit to an alcohol beverage retailer is necessary to enter or participate in the Sweepstakes. To obtain an entry in the Sweepstakes (an “Entry”), a potential entrant must scan an applicable QR code or otherwise access the Sweepstakes website at www.crossfirehurricane.com/tour-rules during the Entry Period. To receive an Entry, all of the on-screen instructions must be completed by the end of the Entry Period. There is a limit of one Entry per person per Entry Period. If any person attempts to obtain more than the stated maximum number of entries by using multiple accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or through any other means, Sponsor will have the right in its discretion to void the entrant’s excess entries and/or entry attempts and/or to disqualify the entrant from the Sweepstakes. Normal time rates, if any, charged by the entrant’s internet service provider will apply. All entries are subject to verification at any time. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of entry. Sponsor will have the right, in its discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility in a form acceptable to Sponsor (including, without limitation, government-issued photo identification). Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification. Entries are not transferable.

6. ADDITIONAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS/RESTRICTIONS:

Entry Validity; Content of Submission. Sponsor will determine in its sole discretion what constitutes a valid Entry. Sponsor has the right to reject or disqualify any Entry or attempted Entry that Sponsor determines is inconsistent with the letter or spirit of these Official Rules, or that is potentially damaging to Sponsor’s or anyone else’s image or reputation. Completing a valid Entry during the Entry Period will be referred to in these Official Rules as a “Submission.”

7. DRAWING(S) & SELECTION OF WINNER(S): Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its designee on the drawing date specified below (each a “Drawing”), in which four (4) Entrants will be selected from amongst all valid Entries received by the Drawing Date specified below as potential winners ( each a “Potential Winner”). The Potential Winners will be subject to verification of eligibility.

Drawing Date: On or about Monday, June 16, 2024 11:59 PM ET

8. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of valid Entries received during the Entry Period.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: The Potential Winner will be notified via email, within approximately five (5) days of the Drawing Date (“Winner Notification”). Crossfire Hurricane is not obligated to attempt to notify or provide notification to a Potential Winner by any other method or means of communication. The Potential Winner must respond to Sponsor’s initial notification attempt within forty-eight (48) hours with any pertinent information as Sponsor may require. The Potential Winner may, in Sponsor’s discretion, be required to complete, sign and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation provided by Sponsor in connection with verification of the potential winner’s eligibility and confirmation of the releases and grant of rights set forth in these Official Rules (as applicable, “Winner Verification Documents”), within three (3) days of attempted delivery of same. The potential winner may also in Sponsor’s discretion be required to complete and return to Sponsor an IRS Form W-9 within three (3) days of attempted delivery of same. If the potential winner cannot be reached or does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification attempt or fails to complete, sign, and return any required Winner Verification Documents or IRS Form W-9 within three (3) days of attempted delivery of same, or if the potential winner does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules and/or cannot accept the prize as awarded for any reason, then the Potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may, at Sponsor’s discretion, be selected from among the remaining eligible Entries as specified in these Official Rules (in which case the foregoing provisions will apply to such newly-selected Potential Winner). Upon Sponsor’s receipt and verification of the Winner Verification Documents and after Sponsor has verified Potential Winner’s full compliance with these Official Rules, the Potential Winner will be deemed a Winner.

10. PRIZE PACKAGES:

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of (a) two (2) VIP tickets (one for the Winner and one for a guest of the Winner) to attend the final concert by The Rolling Stones in the Hackney Diamonds U.S. Tour (the “Tour”), currently scheduled for July 17, 2024 in Santa Clara, CA, subject to change based on Tour routing; and (b) universally redeemable gift card valued at $2,500.00 USD. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,500.00 USD.

Three (3) First Prizes will be awarded.  The First Prize consists of The Rolling Stones merchandise packages, to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  The approximate retail value of each First Prize is $450.00 USD (the Grand Prize and First Prizes, collectively a “Prize Package”).

All prize details that are not expressly specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion. Restrictions may apply. The Grand Prize Winner’s guest may, as determined by Sponsor, be required to sign and return a Release of Liability as a condition of being permitted to utilize the concert ticket. A Prize Package will be awarded if properly claimed. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of the right to receive a Prize Package is permitted, except in the discretion of Sponsor, which has the right to substitute a Prize Package with a prize or prize component of equal or greater monetary value selected by Sponsor in its discretion. Each respective Prize Package consists only of the item expressly specified in these Official Rules. All expenses or costs associated with the acceptance or use of the prize (including, without limitation, food and incidentals) are the responsibility of the winner. In no event will more than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules be awarded. All taxes, if any, on the value of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. An IRS form 1099 will be issued if required by law.

11. PUBLICITY: Except where legally prohibited, by entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant grants to each of the Sponsor Entities and all other persons and companies involved in the development, operation or conduct of the Sweepstakes or the provision of a Prize Package (collectively, including the Sponsor Entities, the “Promotion Entities”) the right to use the Entrant’s name, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements attributed to the entrant, and the Entrant’s Submission, in perpetuity, throughout the world, in all media and formats whether now or later known or developed, including without limitation via Sponsor’s websites and social media and digital channels, for commercial purposes and any other purposes (including without limitation advertising and promotion), without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant for himself or herself and each of Entrant’s guests, heirs, personal representative and assigns agrees to forever and irrevocably release and hold harmless each of the Promotion Entities, its successors and assigns, employees, officers, directors and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims and causes of action of any kind that the Entrant ever had, now has or might in the future have, and all liabilities, damages and expenses of any kind, arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, the use of any website or application associated with the Sweepstakes, participation in the Sweepstakes, the provision, acceptance or use of a Prize Package or any component of a Prize Package or any use of the Entrant’s Submission, name, likeness, voice, biographical information and/or statements attributed to the entrant as permitted pursuant to these Official Rules, including without limitation any and all claims and causes of action (a) relating to any personal injury, death or property damage or loss sustained by any Entrant or any other person (including, without limitation, in connection with travel to or from or attendance at any concert) or (b) based upon any allegation of violation of the right of privacy or publicity, misappropriation, defamation, or violation of any other personal or proprietary right. Each Entrant agrees not to assert any such claim or cause of action against any of the Released Parties. Each Entrant assumes the risk of, and all liability for, any injury, loss or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or the provision, acceptance or use of a Prize Package or any component of a Prize Package. In addition, by participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all damages, losses, amounts paid in settlement, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred by any of the Released Parties in connection with any third-party claim, demand, liability, suit, proceeding or action arising out of or resulting from (i) breach or alleged breach of any representations, warranties or agreements of Entrant hereunder, or (ii) Entrant's possession, use or misuse of any Prize Package or component thereof. Each Entrant hereby acknowledges that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a Prize Package (or any components thereof). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each Prize Package is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and the Released Parties hereby disclaim all such warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement.

13. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for, and will not have any liability in connection with, any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for, and will not have any liability in connection with, late, lost, delayed, illegible, damaged, corrupted or incomplete entries, incorrect or inaccurate capture of, damage to, or loss of entries or entry information, or any other human, mechanical or technical error of any kind relating to communications or attempted communications with any Entrant, the submission, collection, storage and/or processing of Entries or the administration of the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible for, and will not have any liability in connection with any Act of God, war, terrorism, accident, fire, strike, lock-out or other labor controversy, riot, civil disturbance, act of public enemy, law, enactment, rule, restraint, order or act of any governmental instrumentality or military authority, concert or tour cancellation or postponement, or other cause not reasonably within their control that may delay or prevent Sponsor from fulfilling its obligations pursuant to these Official Rules.

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules (including without limitation by adjusting any of the dates and/or timeframes stipulated in these Official Rules) and to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes at any time in its discretion, including without limitation if a virus, bug, technical problem, entrant fraud or misconduct or other cause beyond the control of Sponsor corrupts the administration, integrity, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes or if for any other reason Sponsor is not able to conduct the Sweepstakes as planned (including without limitation in the event the Sweepstakes is interfered with by any fire, flood, pandemic, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or of public enemy, communications failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, federal, state or local law, order or regulation or court order, or concert or tour cancellation or postponement). In the event of termination of the Sweepstakes, a notice will be posted on the Sweepstakes website and a random drawing will be conducted to award the prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. Sponsor has the right in its sole discretion to disqualify or prohibit from participating in the Sweepstakes any individual it finds to be tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who Sponsor determines or believes has attempted any of the foregoing. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

15. SEVERABILITY: Sponsor's failure to enforce any term or provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term or provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

16. CONSTRUCTION, CONTROLLING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR THE RELEASED PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes the Entrant may have with, or claims Entrant may have against the Released Parties, relating to, arising out of or connected in any way with (i) the Sweepstakes, (ii) the awarding or redemption of any Prize Package, and/or (iii) the determination of the scope or applicability of the Official Rules, will be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts of the State of California.
